In the summer of 2021, I joined forces with my good friend, Pam Dennis, to bring a new and exciting dining experience to Northwest Indiana! Merging our respective areas of talent in gourmet food and expert entertaining, and our shared passion for "all the details", The Goddess and The Gatherer was created. It has become the must-attend dining event.
Now in our fourth season, we offer five opportunities to dine with us throughout the year. Each of these incredible five-course, wine-paired dinners features a different, seasonally-inspired menu sourced from local growers and producers for the freshest and tastiest ingredients possible. We work closely with our wine expert to select the perfect wine pairings that complement each course. Dinners are limited to 30 guests. This provides a lively atmosphere, yet quaint and intimate to ensure we give all of our guests personalized attention.
The venue makes the entire experience really exceptional and unique. We set up our dining room right inside Blue Moon Vintage Market, among 5500 square feet of vintage finds, European décor and gorgeous crystal chandeliers. Pam's thoughtfully designed table settings and floral arrangements add to the stunning ambiance and overall experience.

BOARD STYLING WORKSHOPS
Sharing the art of the well curated cheese board is something I truly love to do. Knowing what ingredients to use, how they work together and where to find them is key to the process. My experience as a chef and my passion for good food ensures you’re getting the inside scoop on all the delicious things!
My 2 hour workshop is a mix of discussion and demonstration followed by hands-on cheese board building. The goal is to take the guesswork out of the process and inspire you to take your cheese board presentation skills to the next level. First, we’ll have a high level discussion (with samples of the cheeses you’ll be using) on the different types of cheeses and cured meats that I like to use. I’ll share all my favorite, must-have accoutrements and where to find them. We’ll discuss ideal pairings so you can be confident when shopping for your next board.
Then, I’ll demonstrate my method for assembling a board with all the tips on presentation and style. Last, but not least, it’s your turn to give it a go and create your own cheese board to take home!
